Upon graduating from an undergraduate degree in International Business Management with French, Ben decided to pursue a career in the Not-for-Profit sector having spent time volunteering in food bank programmes, thus witnessing firsthand the inequality and challenges that people face in the world today. He originally joined Plan as an Intern in March 2023 having recently completed a Master's in Development Practice and began his current role as Programme Support Officer in October 2023. In his free time Ben enjoys playing and watching sports (particularly football) and has become the latest member of the office to take on running marathons (just half marathons for now, maybe a full marathon one day!!).
